The Redcliffe Community Hub is an Integrated Community Service Centre, as part of the Redcliffe Uniting Church.
It’s a place where locals can come and find Community and Support.

The Hub is a vibrant place with Community Services available [Check out our Partners above]
and groups to join like Playgroup, Youth Group, Quilters, Men’s Breakfast, Adult Fellowship, Indigenous Yarning Circle, Worship, and more coming all the time. There is plenty of space to host your community group or event at the Hub

What Happens at the Hub

UnitingCare support 130 foster children and their families in our community

UnitingCare CAPPS train and work with hundreds of families each year

Let’s Connect empower the NDIS programs of over 300 people with disabilities

Synergeer work closely with over 30 NDIS clients to improve their lives

We have seven counsellors on site, supporting 100s of people each month

Hammond Care provide a safe and caring community for 20 people with dementia in our community

The Department of Communities support 50 plus at-risk families through our facilities each year

Each year, dozens of men are led through the ‘Men Choosing Change‘ course

Playgroup provides a nurturing, supportive environment for 100 families a year

Bluebell Allied health helps dozens of children find their voice and other clients find their feet each month

Music Studio 60 opens the door to music to dozens of students each month who otherwise may not have found it

Mark & Sylvie’s Home Care is an award winning approved provider of government funded Home Care Packages

The Repair Cafe diverts at least 50kg of waste goods from landfill each month

Cross my Heart Cafe now serving great coffee and homemade meals and cakes

Tim Whittington – Psychologist  has joined the HUB tenants and is taking appointments now
